99ldt Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 99ldt platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). 99ldt is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, slots games and live casino services to the Bangladesh market.

By registering with 99ldt or starting to use the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.1 Registration Process

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one 99ldt account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, the additional accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings earned on them may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your 99ldt account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

You must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the 99ldt platform. By registering, you automatically declare that you are over 21 years of age.

99ldt reserves the right to verify your age at any time. Documents required for verification (national ID card, passport or birth certificate) may be requested. Deposits and withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

You must also confirm that participation in online gaming and betting activities is not legally prohibited in your area. The user is solely responsible for complying with local laws.

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳10,000 will earn you a ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳25,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.

• Bonus betting may be restricted on certain games.
• Promotional offers have a set time limit for claiming.

5.3 VIP Program

The 99ldt VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your active participation and regular activity on the platform. 99ldt reserves the right to change VIP terms and conditions at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Misuse or manipulation of bonuses is prohibited. If a member is suspected of using dishonest methods to obtain bonuses, that account's bonuses may be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games and betting activities on 99ldt are conducted on the basis of fair play principles. Slots and casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by third parties. The outcome of each game is completely independent and is not influenced by previous or future results.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and other international cricket matches. Betting rules may vary depending on the specific market type. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the terms of the bet will be determined separately.

• Odds in live betting may change in real time.
• Bets can be cancelled before the match starts (under specific conditions).

• Making unauthorised modifications or interfering with the platform's software.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts.
• Coordinated betting or colluding with other members to manipulate outcomes.
• Misconduct or making threats towards platform staff.

8.1 Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your 99ldt account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before making the request. Claims for remaining balance after account closure may not be accepted.

8.2 Closure by Platform

99ldt may suspend or close an account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or dishonesty.
• Failure of age verification.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• Court order or order from an authority.

If no breach of rules is established at the time of account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned.

99ldt endeavours to keep its platform running smoothly, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons or during maintenance. 99ldt will not be liable for any losses arising from this.

99ldt will bear no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruption.
• Loss of account details due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Failed withdrawals due to incorrect information provided.
• Losses due to unauthorised account access.

In any circumstances, 99ldt's total liability will not exceed the amount deposited in your account.
